 A.  Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products or services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form.

For what purpose?

We will use them to contact you for further arrangements regarding the goods or services.

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 years from our last communication.

 B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will process the data you provide. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, phone, and email.

For what purpose?

We need to process your personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, possible complaints, or your inquiries.

We also process personal data to comply with our legal obligations (especially for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of our service provision and then 2 years from the last such service or delivery of goods.

 C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not opt out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
On what legal basis?

This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not prohibit it during purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by email or by contacting us at info@indigofactory.cz

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will stay with us. However, some companies or individuals work for us and may have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

• the e-shop platform provider Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
• companies involved in shipping goods
• companies involved in payment processing

We process personal data only within the European Union.

Our company does not have a designated Data Protection Officer.

Our company does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
